Carol Staubach is a health programs professional with more than thirty years senior management experience bridging the consulting, corporate and public sectors. Ms. Staubach specializes in the design and delivery of integrated health risk management programs. She is adept at analyzing and modifying an organization’s existing processes to reduce the direct and indirect costs associated with employee absence, illness, and injury.

Carol has assisted employers and third party administrators in developing and implementing effective wellness, disability management, and occupational health and safety programs with bottom line results. Her experience includes creating medical case management services, provider networks, and early Return to Work programs within Workers' Compensation and non-occupational disability benefits administration. She has developed future-focused health promotion and disease management products, and delivered health counseling and educational interventions.

Prior to her work as a consultant, Ms. Staubach was Director of Health Services at Consolidated Rail Corporation in Philadelphia, PA. There she developed and managed the integrated delivery of health risk management programs. These included disability management, vocational rehabilitation, employee counseling, health promotion and disease management for 25,000 employees and their dependents.
