Certified by the Integro Leadership Institute, Ms. Riker leads organizational development and team building programs. Within these programs she introduces sustainable processes for team alignment, team development and leadership development that can enable an organization to transform its culture to one with high levels of trust and personal responsibility.

Ms. Riker is also a distributor for Inscape, a leading provider of instrument-based learning systems. She is qualified to offer and provide training for Inscape assessment tools covering critical competencies, including behavioral styles, team building, leadership, coping and stress, time management, attitude awareness, and listening skills.

Prior to founding Solutions 4 Your Success!, Ms. Riker owned and operated a plastic fabrication business and has many years of experience in sales and marketing.
