Ms. Raphael is a skilled health care executive with a unique combination of health policy, regulatory, operations, management and managed care experience in government, public health, provider, association, and community settings. This background enables her especially to maintain both a clinical and administrative perspective when it comes to problem-solving.

Ms. Raphael specializes in health care delivery and policy issues that involve strategic planning and positioning, restructuring, and external relations to government, public and private entities. Special interests include compliance, patient safety, systems analysis, pharmaceutical programs, performance measurement, consumer concerns and managed care.

Before she started her consulting firm, Molly Raphael was the Deputy Secretary for Quality Assurance for the Pennsylvania Department of Health from 1996 to 1999 and Vice President at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia from 1986 until 1999.
