Nancy McGlaughlin has a wealth of expertise in quality improvement, medical malpractice risk management and training, nursing management and education, and staff development and more than 27 years in clinical, educational and managerial roles.

In addition to her extensive experience managing clinical nursing units at hospitals in the Philadelphia area, she was a quality assurance analyst at The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, and a clinical instructor at Villanova University.

Since 2003, Ms. McGlaughlin has been an independent certified legal nurse consultant, a role in which she provides standard of care analysis and prepares or summarizes health histories, chronologies, deposition summaries and medical records for medical-legal case review.
