Tom Casey has over twenty years in management consulting, with extensive experience in the improvement of business operations and processes, and the planning and implementation of information technology strategies. As president of Business Consulting Services (BCS), Mr. Casey developed the Rapid Transformation to Mission (RTM) process that improves profitability and alignment with organizational mission.

He is one of fewer than 15 consultants in the world to have achieved both the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and Certified Computing Professional (CCP) designations, the only internationally accepted certification in each field.

• Managed the installation of a new financial system for a University and hospital health care group.
